If you're hungry and you know it

Mash bananas, mash bananas! (mashing motion)

Up I pop! (jump)  

Peanut Butter and Jelly (adapted from KCLS)
First you take the peanuts and you smash them,

Then you take the grapes and you stomp them,

Craft: We glued cut outs of food to paper plates.

Literacy tip of the week: Cooking with your children is a great opportunity to talk about what you are doing and introduce new vocabulary.
